Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of CYBIBOT (the “Service”), provided by the CYBIBOT team (“CYBIBOT”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the business you represent (“Customer”, “you”).

CYBIBOT is an AI receptionist: it answers customer conversations arriving through your website chat widget, a phone number, WhatsApp, SMS or an email inbox you connect, using information you provide about your business, and can take actions such as booking appointments, sending leads to your CRM or escalating a conversation to your team. Where we make additional channels available, these Terms apply to those conversations in the same way.

We may add, change or retire features over time. We’ll try to give reasonable notice before a change that materially reduces functionality you rely on.

You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating a workspace, and for activity that happens under your account, including anyone you invite to your workspace. Keep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly at our contact page if you suspect unauthorized access.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis as described at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise at the time of purchase. We’ll notify you before any price change takes effect on your next billing cycle.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Break the law, or facilitate deceptive, fraudulent, or harmful conduct toward the people who contact your business.
• Send unsolicited bulk communications, or use any conversation channel for anything other than genuine customer conversations.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, probe, or disrupt the Service, or access another workspace’s data without authorization.
• Upload content you don’t have the rights to, or that violates a third party’s intellectual property or privacy rights.

You retain ownership of the business information, documents and conversation content you provide to the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant us a license to process Customer Data solely to provide, secure and improve the Service on your behalf — including sending relevant portions of a conversation to third-party AI model providers so the Service can generate a response. We own the Service itself — its software, design and underlying technology. Nothing in these Terms transfers that ownership to you. You’re granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your business during your subscription.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your workspace settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms and don’t cure the breach after reasonable notice, or immediately if necessary to protect the Service or other customers. On termination, we’ll retain Customer Data for a limited period to allow export, then delete it in line with our data retention practices.

The Service is provided “as is.” AI-generated responses can be wrong; you’re responsible for reviewing how the Service is configured for your business and for any human oversight your use case requires. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CYBIBOT isn’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the revised version here with an updated date, and for material changes we’ll make a reasonable effort to notify account owners directly.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CYBIBOT is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a mandatory local law gives you additional rights.
